Client Experience Manager

Utilizing her relationship management skills and marketing background, Ashley is The Helmsman Group’s Client Experience Manager. She holds primary responsibility for overseeing the after-sales support to the company’s clients and maintaining the company’s corporate image. Additionally, Ashley maintains key industry relationships with manufacturing partners, ingredients and packaging suppliers, regulatory personnel and certifying agencies.

Prior to joining The Helmsman Group, Ashley worked for iQ360, a public relations and marketing agency, and served clients in the banking, pharmaceutical and legal sectors.

Outside the office, Ashley’s passions include baking, home construction projects, dance and travel.
